Mastermind AI · first group forming

A mastermind for people already putting AI to work

Eight entrepreneurs and me. Once a week, two hours, online. Not a course and not a webinar — a group where everyone brings a real problem of their own and leaves with an answer someone has already tested on themselves.

01 · What this is

A group, not an audience

Eight people max, plus me as the facilitator. I'm good at masterminds — that's my job in the room: hold the structure, keep the conversation from drifting, and pull out of the group the thing everyone came for.

up to 8 seats

Group size

Eight is the limit past which someone stops getting a chance to speak. I'm the ninth in the room, and I'm not a member — I run it.

Tuesday · 2 hours

Rhythm

Every week, in the evening, online. The week between sessions isn't a pause — it's time to try what you heard.

between sessions

Private chat

We swap findings and prompts. Useful, but secondary: the main thing happens in the sessions.

02 · How a session goes

Two hours on Tuesdays

The structure is the same every time, so nobody spends the evening warming up.

01

20 minutes from me

I break down new concepts and patterns: what showed up, what of it works in my own business, and what turned out to be empty. No release round-ups for the sake of round-ups.

02

Then the group works

A standard mastermind program, only pointed at AI. Two session formats, and they alternate.

format 1

Introductions

Everyone tells their story and their current challenges — and gets feedback from everyone else. This is how the group starts, and where we come back when the lineup changes.

format 2

Hot seat

One person comes in with their problem. For two hours the group takes it apart honestly: no polite stroking, no advice from books nobody has actually applied.

03 · Who it's for

Owners, solos, executives

The group is made of people who make their own decisions and pay for them with their own money.

Business owners

You have a team and processes you can bring AI into tomorrow — and see the effect in the numbers.

Solo entrepreneurs

You are the whole business on your own, and AI isn't hype for you — it's how you carry a load you couldn't carry otherwise.

I (Max) live exactly like this.

Top executives

The level where you can run an experiment inside the company instead of getting it approved for half a year.

Who doesn't need this

Fairer to say it now than to figure it out at the third session.

04 · What it costs

€1000 a month

The price is part of the selection, and I'm not going to pretend otherwise.

A mastermind at this level can't be cheap: you're not only paying for two hours of my time a week. You're paying to end up in a room with people for whom €1000 a month is an obvious price for an environment that saves months.

Billed monthly. No annual contracts and nothing paid up front: the application costs nothing, and neither does the interview.

05 · How to get in

Only through a conversation with me

Nobody lands in the group automatically.

01

Application

You leave your contacts in the form below. It commits you to nothing and costs nothing.

02

Interview

We get on a call and talk. The interview is free. After it you either get an invite or you don't — and I'll say it straight.

03

The group starts

The group starts once six people have signed up. As soon as the date is set, I write to everyone who passed the interview.

The only exception

The one way in without an interview is an invitation from a current member. They already know who they're bringing, and they answer for it with their own seat in the room.

Sign-up

Leave your contacts — I'll write to you to set up the interview.
